The first Saturday in May requires mint juleps for the Kentucky Derby! We grilled up some chicken legs, pork tenderloin and boudin sausage.
The race was pretty good and so was the chicken! Cooked everything on my Weber 22.5" Platinum.
I don't know what the hell this blog is about. I want to cook something good start to finish. I want to make moonshine. I want to figure out how to do stuff starting from the elemental. I am obsessed with Weber grills and reading schematics to find the right Weber grill parts for my babies.
